♥ All jewelry and windchime/suncatcher shipments go out 1-3 business days (mostly the next day) after payment is received. Please allow additional handling time for made-to-order items.

♥ PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION - I am very sorry, but I cannot be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

I ship all orders in the U.S. via First-Class Package USPS. If you want something shipped U.S. Priority Mail I will have to charge a fee for that.  Shipping costs have steadily increased and though shipping is free for items shipped First-Class, I must charge for Priority Mailing.

♥ If you would like your purchase to be insured, please state so before paying so that I can adjust the invoice.

♥ I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail, all items are shipped with tracking information.

 

♥ For International orders, the buyer will be responsible for any customs fees/duties incurred.
